Minimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a notable impact by assisting teachers and ensuring students receive the individualized attention they need to thrive. This assignment is located in the vibrant community near Bethlehem, PA and is open exclusively for renewals.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Previous experience as a Paraprofessional in a school environment
- Strong commitment to supporting student growth and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to adapt to varying classroom needs and student personalities
- Organizational skills to help manage educational materials and activities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certifications preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to teachers in classroom instruction and daily activities
- Assist students with assignments, classroom participation, and social interactions
- Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under teacher guidance
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment for all learners
- Monitor and report student progress and behavioral concerns in accordance with school policies
- Supervise students during non-classroom activities, including lunch, recess, and transitions
