About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with 2–4 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company. Experience supporting universities, research institutions, innovation organizations, or EdTech/SaaS companies is a strong plus.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who can independently execute campaigns, create content, support events and product launches, and work closely with Sales and Customer Success in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting things done, managing multiple projects, and turning marketing plans into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns & Demand Generation

• Execute email, digital, social, and lead-generation campaigns.
\n
• Support lead nurturing and customer engagement throughout the customer journey.
\n
• Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and follow-up activities.
\n
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
\n

Sales & Product Marketing

\n
• Create and maintain sales collateral, presentations, one-pagers, and other customer-facing materials.
\n
• Support product launches and help translate product features into clear, compelling marketing messaging.
\n
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support pipeline generation and customer engagement.
\n
• Help ensure sales and marketing teams have the content and resources they need.
\n

Content & Brand

\n
• Write and produce blogs, newsletters, case studies, customer stories, social content, and other marketing materials.
\n
• Manage and update website content.
\n
• Support thought leadership and customer advocacy initiatives.
\n
• Help maintain consistent messaging and branding across marketing channels.
\n

Events & Community

\n
• Support conferences, webinars, and industry events from planning and promotion through follow-up.
\n
• Coordinate event logistics, marketing materials, communications, and post-event outreach.
\n
• Help build engagement within the higher education, research, and innovation ecosystem.
\n
• Support relationships with industry organizations, partners, and communities.
\n

Marketing Operations & Analytics

\n
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and project workflows.
\n
• Coordinate marketing projects and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
\n
• Track campaign, email, website, social, and event performance.
\n
• Prepare basic marketing reports and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
\n
• Work with CRM, email marketing, webinar, automation, and analytics platforms to execute and measure marketing programs.
\n

Required Qualifications:

\n
• 2–4 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, higher education, research, or technology.
\n
• Experience executing marketing campaigns across email, social, content, webinars, and/or events.
\n
• Strong writing and communication skills.
\n
• Strong organization and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
\n
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
\n
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure results and use data to improve marketing efforts.
\n
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
\n
• Ability to take ownership of projects and move work forward with minimal oversight.
\n

Preferred Qualifications:

\n
• Experience in the higher education, research commercialization, technology transfer, or innovation ecosystem.
\n
• Experience with B2B SaaS marketing.
\n
• Experience supporting conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
\n
• Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, webinar, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
\n
• Experience creating marketing content using tools such as Canva, Adobe, or similar platforms.
\n
• Interest in AI, emerging technology, and innovation.
\n

This is a full-time, remote-first position with an annual salary range of $60,000–$80,000 USD, paid twice monthly. Employees receive: Unlimited paid time off, Health, dental, and vision insurance benefits.
