Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including evaluations of medical history, physical capabilities, and recovery goals.
• Develop customized treatment plans based on individual assessments, taking into account the unique health profiles and objectives of patients, including maintaining open lines of communication with physicians.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic exercises, utilizing advanced modalities to improve mobility, enhance strength, and increase the range of motion.
• Employ manual therapy techniques such as joint mobilization, trigger point therapy, and dry needling to address pain and facilitate the healing process.
• Educate and guide patients in proper body mechanics and at-home exercise regimens, promoting self-management and long-term health practices.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, making timely adjustments to treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse client base, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Your role will directly impact patients' recoveries, providing them with personalized care that focuses not just on rehabilitation but also on education and proactive lifestyle modifications.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida is required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
