Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting therapy sessions with couples and individual family members.
\n
• Assessing and diagnosing mental health conditions while creating tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Addressing a variety of family issues, including but not limited to:\n

  • Alcohol and substance abuse
  \n
  • Physical and psychological abuse
  \n
  • Grief and loss
  \n
  • Family conflicts and communication issues
  \n
  • Marriage, separation, and divorce
  \n
  • Adjustment to blended families
  \n
  • Job-related stress and medical issues
  \n

• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families, teaching coping mechanisms and strategies for effective communication.

• Documenting session notes and maintaining accurate records of client progress.
\n
• Participation in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to discuss ongoing cases and share insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will include adults, children, adolescents, and families seeking guidance and support through various life challenges. As a key player in our mental health services, you will work closely with families to help them navigate their issues, utilizing evidence-based therapies to provide the most effective care.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
