Clinical Services Manager

To support a growing team, the full-time Manager of Clinical Services will oversee the Hospital Bill Audit team, ensuring high-quality reviews and operational support while maintaining strong client relationships in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Oversee hospital bill audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards Identify gaps and provide staff education to enhance audit quality and drive revenue performance Coach and mentor clinical staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and training for success Required qualifications Registered Nurse credentials preferred Active coding certification, such as CCS, CPC, or CIC Extensive experience in overseeing hospital bill audits and high dollar audits Experience in training and managing a team Strong knowledge of coding guidelines and payer policies
