Health Information Management (HIM) Operations Manager- Hybrid Position Overview We are seeking an experienced HIM Operations Manager to oversee HIM, medical records, ROI, auditing, EHR workflows, and regulatory compliance while leading a high-performing team and supporting quality improvement. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement once training is completed. Key Highlights Salary: $66,300–$104,800 annually Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Hybrid schedule available once training is completed No weekends, holidays, or on-call Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement, and education assistance Responsibilities Oversee HIM, medical records, auditing, and ROI operations Ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance Lead, train, and evaluate HIM/ROI staff Monitor quality, productivity, KPIs, and medical record integrity Collaborate with clinical, compliance, legal, coding, and IT teams Lead process improvement and quality initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HIM, Health Informatics, or related field Active RHIA or RHIT required 5+ years of HIM experience with supervisory/management experience Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Favorite Healthcare Staffing Inc.
