Description Research Associate I - Immunoanalysis About the Opportunity Meadowhawk Biolabs is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Research Associate to work within the non-GLP Immunoanalytical and Molecular Assays Team at our Marlborough, MA location to perform Ligand Binding Assays (LBA), molecular assays, and flow cytometry in a fast-paced team environment. Key Roles and Responsibilities Under close guidance from senior scientific staff, the successful candidate will: Execute routine lab procedures for analysis of large molecules such as antibodies, ADCs, therapeutic proteins and cytokines from complex biological matrices Develop basic skills for operation of platforms such as ELISA, MSD, PCR, and flow cytometry for quantitative analysis Utilize analytical software to process data and evaluate results Prepare and review data summaries for submission to clients Participate in efforts to improve processes and streamline procedures Proactively communicate analytical results and study status with Principal Investigator Collaborate with colleagues at all levels within and across departments Perform all other related duties as assigned Minimum Education and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or another related scientific field. Experience in ELISA/plate-based assays (experience with MSD platform is not required but is a plus). Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered as substitution for the specific criteria outlined above. Compensation The starting target salary for this position is between $51,400 - $65,450 per year). The specific rate for this position may vary and will be based upon factors including, but not limited to the individual’s experience, education, and skills.
