Senior Patient Services Coordinator

To enhance patient care, the full-time Senior Patient Services Coordinator will manage the onboarding of new patients, ensuring accurate profile setup and establishing relationships with care teams, while working both onsite and remotely. Key responsibilities: Ensure a positive patient experience throughout the onboarding and transition process Coordinate with healthcare providers and nursing teams to facilitate patient therapy initiation Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations during patient interactions Required qualifications: GED/High School Diploma with 5 years of experience or Associate's Degree with 3 years of experience Reimbursement experience, including knowledge of pharmacy and medical benefit insurance coverage Experience in a pharmacy setting and medical billing Ability to obtain state pharmacy technician registration as needed Strong customer service skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
