Administrative Assistant / Accounts Receivable Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable payments and maintain customer accounts
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist with collections
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies
• Perform accurate data entry and record maintenance
• Prepare reports and support accounting functions
• Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
• Manage correspondence, filing, and office documentation
• Provide administrative support to office and accounting teams
• Assist with scheduling, recordkeeping, and general office operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts receivable, administrative support, office administration, bookkeeping, or accounting
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is preferred
