Work Environment\n

This remote full-time position allows for flexibility while providing structured support. Our staff works collaboratively within a digital framework using telehealth technologies and secure documentation systems. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for work-life balance while engaging in meaningful therapeutic work.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand specific mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions via telehealth, managing a diverse caseload that may include families dealing with adjustment issues, couples seeking to enhance relationship dynamics, and individuals facing anxiety, depression, or trauma-related challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress in compliance with clinic standards and legal requirements.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to support holistic treatment approaches and ensure comprehensive care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with evidence-based therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various life challenges. Our clients seek support for issues ranging from relational conflicts to mental health disorders. You will be responsible for utilizing your expertise to create a safe and welcoming environment that encourages open dialogue and trust, making each session a productive and therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• Active Maryland LMFT license, with a Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
