Staff Accountant

Job Description Job Description Job Type: Full-Time Work Location: In person Physical Setting: Office We are looking for a Staff Accountant who would be responsible for supporting the Accounting Department with various functions such as A/P management, month-end close, balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations, and other administrative tasks as required by the Controller. Essential Functions: * Maintain cooperative, diplomatic working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the public. * Work as part of the team and collaborate with co-workers and colleagues. * Ensure confidentiality is always maintained when handling financial information in the department * Assists in maintaining financial records and ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded. * Aids in preparing financial forms and statements on behalf of the company * Ensures the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciles intercompany ledger accounts to the general ledger * Daily
