The facility maintains established clinical infrastructure and protocols to support coordinated cardiothoracic surgery coverage throughout each assigned period. On-site resources are in place to facilitate quality care delivery for the cardiothoracic surgery service line.

About the Clinician's Workday
Clinicians will provide cardiothoracic surgery coverage across inpatient and clinic settings on a day shift basis, with call and 24-hour call responsibilities required as a condition of this assignment. The schedule follows a 2-week on/2-week off rotation, with night call from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM and 24-hour weekend call from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM. Clinical duties include rounding on approximately 5-10 adult patients and providing some outpatient clinic-based care. Prescriptive authority is required for this on-site engagement.
