Business Development Representative (US Delegate Sales) An exciting opportunity is available for a Business Development Representative to join a high-performing US Delegate Sales team. This role is ideal for an ambitious sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys engaging with senior decision-makers. You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, selling delegate registrations for a portfolio of executive-level conferences and events. The role carries an annual revenue target of approximately $850K–$1M, with average deal values ranging from $1K–$10K. Success in this position requires strong prospecting skills, a consultative sales approach, and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships while consistently exceeding sales targets. What You’ll Do Drive new business while managing and growing existing accounts (approximately 60% new business / 40% account management) Sell conference and event delegate packages to C-suite executives, Law Firm Partners, and General Counsel Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through post-sale follow-up Generate new opportunities through outbound outreach using modern sales technology, including AI-powered dialing tools Build and maintain strong relationships across client organizations Accurately forecast and manage pipeline activity using CRM and sales engagement platforms Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the events or conference industry Experience managing the full end-to-end sales process Proven success in a quota-carrying, commission-based sales role Experience with sales enablement tools such as Nooks, Gong, Salesloft, Groove, Outreach, or similar platforms Strong new business development and prospecting skills Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities Competitive, coachable, resilient, and driven to succeed Why Consider This Opportunity Hybrid Work Schedule Uncapped earning potential Comprehensive sales tools, training, and ongoing coaching Collaborative, high-energy team culture Opportunity to sell premium events to senior decision-makers across the legal industry Compensation $58,000-$65,000 base salary + uncapped commission #J-18808-Ljbffr
