- 2-3 years of Back of House management experience in high-volume, fine-dining restaurants
- Excellent culinary knowledge
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Polite and professional
- Polished and well-groomed appearance
- Organized and proficient at multi-tasking
- Reliable, flexible and a team player
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Full and open availability to work days, nights and weekends at scheduled events is required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
