About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Business Operations to play a pivotal role in the organization's next phase of growth. The successful candidate will be a transformational operations leader, responsible for designing, standardizing, and implementing the processes, playbooks, and governance that ensure consistency across a national organization. This hands-on role is ideal for a builder who can turn ambiguity into scalable operating models, and who is adept at partnering across various functions to create the operating discipline necessary for the business to execute effectively. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional transformation initiatives, developing change management strategies, and identifying opportunities to leverage automation and AI to enhance operational efficiency. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in business operations, operational excellence, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. The role requires a leader with a high business IQ, a structured and systems-oriented approach, and strong program leadership capabilities. Experience in large, distributed organizations, particularly in field-based operations, is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a low ego, high accountability style, be a direct and clear communicator, and be comfortable operating in complexity and ambiguity. The role demands a leader who values both performance outcomes and people development, and who can drive a culture of accountability, coaching, and measurable performance outcomes.
