About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to join its Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of operational functions, including customer experience, landside and airside operations, airport lost and found, and baggage handling system. This role is pivotal in improving operational efficiency and performance through the use of analytics, processes, and tools, and in making data-driven business decisions. The Vice President of Operations will also be tasked with developing and maintaining strong relationships with business partners and executive peers, as well as ensuring operational excellence and readiness to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Operations at the company include leading and managing a team of operations managers and frontline staff, serving as the executive point of contact for incident management and coordination with various agencies, and developing and executing short and long-term operational strategies. The role requires a focus on operational safety, security, and efficiency, as well as a commitment to professional and timely customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be adept at using a data-driven approach to monitor vendor performance, support contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, the Vice President of Operations will be responsible for budget management, policy development, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
