We're looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Bookkeeper/Accountant to own day-to-day financial operations across our businesses. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small business environment, takes ownership of their work, and brings consistency and care to everything they do. What You'll Do
• Core Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Issue purchase orders (POs) and customer invoices
• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Financial Operations Support
• Track and manage inventory related to warehousing services
• Support raw materials buying/selling transactions
• Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation
• Property & Administrative Accounting
• Track rental income and property-related expenses
• Manage HOA payments, insurance, and utilities
• Coordinate with external firms handling rent collection
• Assist with tax preparation and reporting
• General Business Support
• Use Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for reporting and tracking
• Maintain CRM system records and basic tracking

Required Skills & Experience
• 2-5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience in a small business, family-owned business, or multi-entity environment
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience (AP/AR, invoicing, bank reconciliations, journal entries, reporting)
• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable management
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Purchase order and invoice processing
• Microsoft Excel proficiency (lookups, formulas, reconciliations, basic reporting)
• General bookkeeping principles including general ledger maintenance and financial recordkeeping
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of day-to-day accounting functions
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
