Moderation Operations Coordinator

As we continue to grow, we’re always looking to identify talented individuals to join our team. **This is an hourly, hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Chicago location** This role supports the day-to-day operations of the moderation team by helping maintain quality standards, following established processes, and providing day-to-day support to moderators. The Moderation Operations Coordinator serves as a resource for team members, helps resolve routine questions, and contributes consistent moderation.

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

Perform monthly quality checks on AI and human moderation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and policy adherence and share results with the team and Moderation Manager. Monitor escalated moderation decisions and complex review scenarios. Respond to moderator questions and provide guidance as needed. Identify trends, flag issues, and share suggestions for improvement with the Moderation Manager. Serve as the subject matter resource on moderation policies and best practices.
