Are you a skilled TIG Welder with a passion for precision and quality? We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our team on the 2nd shift. Your Role:

Set up and operate welding machines based on specific job requirements or Welding Procedure Specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand welding requirements.
Accurately weld steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components according to specifications.
Assemble products as directed by the floor supervisor.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is well cared for.
Pay close attention to detail, focusing on each task with diligence.
Adhere to all safety rules and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Prepare finished products for shipment.

What We’re Looking For:

A high school diploma or GED.
2-5 years of experience in TIG welding.
Proficiency with various gauges and measuring devices.
Ability to read and interpret technical prints.
Strong understanding of dimensions, tolerances, and material properties.
Commitment to safety when operating machines.
