• Hematology outpatient care
  
• Oncology outpatient care
  
• Participation in tumor board
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC/BE in Medical Oncology and Hematology
  
• Licenses: Active Michigan License
  
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
  
• Experience: Minimum 2 years
  
• NPDB report (obtained in the last 30 days)
  
• Other Qualifications: Cerner EMR proficiency preferred
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care to adult patients.
  
• Participate in tumor board meetings.
  
• Manage clinic patients on assigned days (Mon, Wed, Fri).
  
• Provide clinic call as needed.
  
• Collaborate with support staff including RNs, MAs, social worker, dietitian, nurse navigator.
