Mingus Mountain Youth Treatment Center in Prescott Valley, AZ seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee daily HR operations in alignment with trauma-informed care and Sanctuary Model. You will partner with leadership to interpret policies, administer payroll and benefits, and support staff wellbeing.
