Hope Balance Wellness Center is actively seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team in providing exceptional mental health services to individuals in need. Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your chosen workspace. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule, while still ensuring that you meet the needs of your patients. The expected work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some availability needed outside of these hours to accommodate patient appointments as necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to accurately understand patients' backgrounds, experiences, and needs.

• Develop and implement tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that address the unique mental health issues faced by each individual.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions with an emphasis on promoting resilience, self-awareness, and healing.
\n
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary professionals, such as psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic and coordinated patient care.

• Respond effectively to mental health crises by providing immediate support and intervention.
\n
• Offer psychoeducation to patients and their families regarding various mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in alignment with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring all patient interactions are documented accurately.

• Participate actively in case conferences, team huddles, and cultural competency training to enhance service delivery.

• Continuously engage with current research and best practices while remaining attuned to relevant cultural considerations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, particularly those suited to culturally diverse populations.

• Strong skills in providing individual and group therapy through culturally responsive practices.
\n
• Proven crisis intervention capabilities, with the ability to maintain composure under challenging circumstances.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport with a wide range of individuals.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.
\n
• A commitment to ethical practice, professional boundaries, and patient confidentiality.

• A collaborative spirit, ready to engage and work with a multidisciplinary team for improved patient outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting or providing virtual mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
