Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will carry out the following responsibilities:

• Provide clinical mental health services through the creation and implementation of personalized, recovery-focused treatment plans.

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and actively monitor progress to adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate with clients to establish and enhance coping mechanisms, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

• Facilitate the development and implementation of individual service plans tailored to client-specific needs and goals.

You will work primarily with adult clients facing various mental health challenges that impact their daily functioning and social integration. Our clients may struggle with issues ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological conditions. Your expertise will help them navigate these challenges, building resilience and fostering independence in their lives.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state license in one of the following categories: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• The ability to practice independently without supervision and a clean disciplinary record with the state board.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and documentation systems specific to mental health services.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
