Capital Markets Associate

Supporting transaction execution and portfolio onboarding, the full-time remote Capital Markets Associate will manage onboarding workstreams, conduct pricing analysis, and prepare investor-facing materials within a growing renewable energy platform. Key Responsibilities Support capital markets and transaction workstreams related to new portfolio opportunities and refinancing initiatives Manage onboarding workstreams for newly awarded or acquired portfolios, ensuring timely coordination and deliverables Prepare investor- and executive-facing materials, including pricing proposals and portfolio update presentations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, structured finance, transaction advisory, or a similarly analytical role Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience preparing materials for investors and executives, including diligence and pricing content Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams effectively
