About the Role

The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for Specialty and Wellness Marketing. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and entrepreneurial marketer with a strong background in B2B and B2B2C marketing. This role is pivotal in driving growth across the specialty and wellness markets, with a focus on client-level and market-level marketing activation. The AVP will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance provider and location engagement, as well as to drive consumer applications, purchase volume, and retention. The role requires a strategic thinker who can lead end-to-end campaign execution, from planning to optimization, and who is adept at working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Applicants for the Associate Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of relevant marketing experience. A minimum of 4 years in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns is essential, with a preference for those with a background in B2B2C marketing. The role demands a candidate with strong project management skills, the ability to influence without authority, and a proven track record in client-facing roles. Experience in healthcare, wellness, specialty services, or financial products marketing is a plus. The ideal candidate will be digitally savvy, with a working knowledge of paid media concepts, and have experience with marketing automation platforms. The role also requires the flexibility to travel and a commitment to a fast-paced, matrixed work environment.
