Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Mechanical Assembler's for projects located in or around Edgewater, FL. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $27 /hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Assemble, fit, and install marine components according to specifications and production standards Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively Perform work independently with minimal direction while maintaining quality and accuracy Identify and address quality issues, defects, and process inefficiencies Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments Work overtime as needed to meet production and scheduling requirements Perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Requirements: Demonstrated experience in assembly, manufacturing, marine, mechanical, or a related skilled trade environment.
