We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with behavioral health challenges. This role involves working closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies in accordance with the principles of applied behavior analysis.

• Collect and analyze data to track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and support for clients.

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of client information.

• Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral therapy and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, behavioral therapy, and behavioral health practices.

• Experience with data collection methods and patient assessment techniques.

• Familiarity with special education practices is preferred.

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
