This position is fully remote, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life while contributing to a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct both individual and group counseling sessions via telehealth platforms, assisting clients with a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients, analyzing their mental health needs and collaboratively devising personalized treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Provide crisis intervention services and supportive counseling to clients and their families during particularly challenging times.

• Engage in regular consultations with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure that all aspects of a client’s wellbeing are addressed.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and treatment plans while adhering to ethical and legal standards in documentation.

• Stay informed about ongoing developments in mental health treatment modalities and contribute to the continuous improvement of our counseling practices through active participation in training sessions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
