The SICU cares for a diverse population including general surgery, trauma, transplant, and cardiothoracic surgery patients. In this role, the RN delivers evidence‐based, patient‐centered care while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team to manage complex and rapidly changing clinical conditions. The SICU also cares for a wide range of acutely ill patients requiring advanced and complex therapies.Our nurses are clinical experts dedicated to continuous learning, maintaining leading-edge knowledge, and utilizing the latest practices and technologies. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
