Job Summary

Our Registered Nurse (RN) role is a critical part of our care team, responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. As a RN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and monitor resident progress. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans for residents with diverse needs and chronic conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and according to established protocols
• Monitor resident progress, identify potential complications, and take corrective action as needed
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, including setting goals and objectives, and documenting progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure understanding of care plans and resident needs
• Monitor and update electronic medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness
