Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cleanroom Production Operator for the 2nd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling cartridges and reagent kit components while adhering to cGMP and ISO standards. You will follow manufacturing SOPs, organize the workspace, and ensure safety in handling chemicals and equipment. The role requires both independent work and collaboration within an assembly line team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cartridges and reagent kit components following cGMP and ISO standards.
• Maintain and organize the floor area and supplies.
• Work independently and as part of an assembly line team.
• Ensure a safe work environment concerning chemicals and equipment.
• Resolve line issues and suggest improvements.
• Operate all manufacturing line equipment.
• Adhere to the manufacturing schedule and complete work orders promptly.
• Review completed manufacturing records, identify errors, and submit documentation for quality release.
• Serve as a role model for cGMP manufacturing.
• Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production, assembly, or cleanroom environments.
• Familiarity with SOPs and GMP standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 6 months of manufacturing experience is needed.
• Basic understanding of medical device manufacturing.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.16/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
