Program Manager / Senior Manager - PMO, Strategic Projects (CRM Transformation)

Job Title: Program Manager / Senior Manager – PMO, Strategic Projects (CRM Transformation) Location: Hybrid – Chicago, IL Duration: 12 Months (Potential to convert to FTE) Job Summar yWe are seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager – PM O to support its global CRM transformation from Veeva CRM to Salesforc e within the International Customer Excellence (ICEx) organization. This business-facing Program Management role will drive cross-functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, change management, governance, and project execution across global affiliates. The ideal candidate has a strong background managing enterprise transformation programs in highly matrixed environments and excels in executive communication and organizational change Top 3 Required Skill sEnterprise Program & Project Managemen t – Leading large-scale business transformation initiatives in global, matrixed organizations

Stakeholder & Change Managemen t – Driving cross-functional alignment, executive communications, and organizational readiness
PMO Governance & Deliver y – Project planning, risk management, reporting, resource coordination, and executive status tracking

Required Skill sBachelor's degree with 5+ year s of Program/Project Management experience

Proven experience leading global business transformation or strategic initiatives
Strong PMO governance, planning, risk management, and reporting expertise
Experience managing cross-functional and international stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to create executive presentations, facilitate workshops, and coordinate project execution

Preferred Skill sExperience supporting CRM implementations or Salesforce transformatio n programs

Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry experience
Exposure to change management methodologies and global commercial organizations
PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification preferred
