Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify students' emotional and behavioral needs, strengths, and resources, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their challenges.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based treatment modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate closely with educational staff, parents, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement effective, individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique situation.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and psychoeducation classes aimed at fostering coping strategies and enhancing peer support among students.

• Provide crisis intervention and develop safety plans, ensuring timely and effective support during critical situations.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through attendance at training sessions, workshops, and continuing education programs to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse student population facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your interventions will support students from different backgrounds, promoting their emotional well-being and academic performance while collaborating with families and school personnel to ensure a holistic approach to mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, particularly with children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, in addition to a performance-based bonus structure.
