Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to identify clients' histories and formulate tailored treatment approaches.

• Design individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and building resilience through evidence-based methods.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to assist clients in processing trauma and developing effective coping strategies.

• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to integrate treatment plans for optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping techniques, and available community resources.

• Ensure all case documentation is accurate, thorough, and compliant with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
