Accounts Receivable Analyst
Our client, a global fashion company, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team! This will be a hybrid role working out of their office in Lower Manhattan. The successful candidate will have strong B2B accounts receivable experience, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Role Overview:
- Contract Role: 6-7 months
- Pay: $36-40/hr W2 (No C2C or 1099)
- Schedule: Hybrid, standard 40-hour work week, Tuesday through Thursday onsite, Monday & Friday remote
Responsibilities:
- Assist AR manager in all collections, reconciliations, chargebacks, and cash allocation responsibilities
- Expedite collection efforts by performing collection calls and written correspondence
- Review daily aging to determine credit holds and releases
- Performing daily check posting and clearing for assigned accounts
- Perform General Ledger postings and reconciliations as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is required, Accounting, Finance, or related business concentration is preferred
- 4+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, wholesale or B2B experience is required
- Prior experience working in the fashion, beauty, or retail industry is strongly preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel)
- SAP experience is required
