Senior Surgical Onsite Specialist - Madison/Milwaukee

Medtronic seeks a Senior Surgical Onsite Specialist to provide procedural support, training, and equipment management across surgical centers in the Madison and Milwaukee regions. The role combines clinical expertise with sales support to drive product utilization and customer engagement in minimally invasive surgery.
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time procedural assistance and technical troubleshooting support to surgical centers
- Lead in-service training sessions for physicians, residents, and surgical staff on product applications
- Perform equipment and software upgrades and conduct fleet audits for compliance
- Assist with product trials, implementations, and conversion initiatives with sales partners
- Maintain inventory tracking and generate leads in Salesforce to support account expansion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive throughout assigned territory
- Clinical or B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
- Action-oriented with demonstrated drive for results and career ambition
