This is not a remote role. Applicants must be able to report to work on time as scheduled. Position: Election Admin Clerk Location: Wailuku, HI Pay: $18/hour Experience: Not required. Basic knowledge of clerical practices is required. Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Employers Options is seeking an Election Admin Clerk to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description: Provide clerical support for county election operations. File, organize, and maintain election-related documents and records. Assist with data entry and verification of voter information. Support daily office activities during election periods. Handle confidential materials in accordance with election procedures. Assist county staff with administrative tasks as assigned. Position Requirements: Valid driver’s license required. Must be able to perform data entry and processing duties. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail when handling official records. Basic computer skills for clerical and data entry tasks. Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines. Dependable, punctual, and able to work a consistent schedule. Professional and respectful demeanor in a government office setting.
