The HR team is lean, highly visible, and deeply integrated with business leadership, partnering directly with executives and the CEO on critical people initiatives. This is an opportunity to join an organization that values thoughtful leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, while providing significant exposure to global HR operations and executive-level decision-making.Job DescriptionLead and oversee day-to-day HR operations across the organization. Serve as a trusted partner to the CHRO on strategic and operational HR initiatives. Manage and develop a small HR team, including direct oversight of 2-3 team members. Handle complex employee relations matters and provide guidance to managers and senior leaders. Support compensation planning, salary banding, annual review cycles, and compensation-related analysis. Participate in talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development discussions. Lead company-wide process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline HR operations. Manage internal communications and change management efforts across the business. Strong employee relations experience and confidence handling complex and sensitive matters. Experience partnering directly with executive leadership and influencing senior stakeholders. Proven track record of implementing or redesigning company-wide HR processes and initiatives. Comfortable managing teams while remaining hands-on with day-to-day execution. Strong analytical skills with the ability to create meaningful reporting and insights despite limited automation or systems. Exposure to compensation planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development. Global experience required.What's On OfferBase salary up to $170K + bonus incentive.
