Overview Employer Industry: Medical Technology Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $140,000 per year base plus variable pay Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401k plan with a 4% automatic company contribution and matching Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work remotely with the flexibility to manage your schedule Chance to be part of a team that impacts healthcare delivery through innovative technology What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Meet or exceed established revenue goals for the region Directly manage and support sales Territory Managers, including performance management and coaching Oversee sales performance and pipeline development for designated customer groups Establish and nurture relationships with luminary physicians within the assigned region Attend and support national and regional trade shows related to the company's products What is Required (Qualifications) A.A. or B.S. in life sciences, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 5-7+ years of professional outside sales experience with a proven track record of growing sales Previous leadership or management experience is required Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics Experience in the life sciences industry, preferably in medical diagnostic ultrasound How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in the medical diagnostic ultrasound arena Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Excellent customer interface and presentation skills Ability to travel more than 50% of the time Capability to lift 70 pounds #J-18808-Ljbffr Remote Jobs
