Business Development Manager / Future Director of Sales

Business Development Manager – 3PL / Freight Brokerage Future Director of Sales | Player-Coach Opportunity We are hiring a proven 3PL business-development professional to sell, build, and lead our outbound sales organization. This role starts as a player-coach position: you will personally win new shipper business, earn 10% commission on your own business , and recruit, train, and lead a growing team of Business Development Representatives. You do not need prior formal management experience. We are looking for a successful freight brokerage or logistics sales producer who has the desire and ability to coach others, establish a winning sales process, and grow into our future Director of Sales . Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 base + 10% commission on personal business + future team-based incentives. You should have: Proven 3PL, freight brokerage, or transportation sales success. A track record of personally landing new shipper accounts. Strong prospecting, pipeline-management, pricing, and margin-discipline skills. Interest in hiring, coaching, and holding a BDR team accountable. A builder mentality and desire to help create a scalable sales organization.
