What You'll Do

Client Service & Relationship Management

• Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
• Work with qualified individuals who have requested benefit information
• Identify client needs and explain available benefit and coverage options
• Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing support
• Build long-term relationships through professionalism, trust, and exceptional service
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communication

Leadership & Team Development

• Coach, mentor, and support developing team members
• Help new representatives strengthen communication, client-service, and presentation skills
• Assist with onboarding and professional development
• Conduct virtual coaching and team-development sessions
• Encourage accountability, consistency, and goal achievement
• Help create a positive, collaborative, performance-focused team culture

Performance & Growth

• Track individual and team performance goals
• Identify opportunities for coaching and improvement
• Recognize accomplishments and encourage continued development
• Collaborate with leadership on team growth initiatives

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be physically located within the United States
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have a computer or laptop with webcam and microphone
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have access to a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable communicating with clients and team members virtually
• Be willing and able to obtain any required state Life & Health Insurance License

Licensing guidance and training are provided.
