Marketing Research Analyst

We are seeking a Market Research Analyst to support the execution of quantitative research studies. This role will focus on survey development and programming, data processing, crosstab analysis, and the development of clear, insight-driven reports. The ideal candidate combines strong technical execution skills with a foundational understanding of survey design and the ability to manage timelines independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop initial drafts of survey questionnaires aligned to research objectives and apply best practices in survey design.
• Program surveys using standard platforms, including logic, piping, and randomization, and conduct thorough QA to ensure accuracy.
• Clean and prepare datasets for analysis, including coding, recoding, and variable setup.
• Build structured crosstabs aligned to the analysis plan and business questions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Execute defined analysis plans using descriptive statistics and basic analytical techniques to identify trends and patterns.
• Support the development of clear, data-backed insights tied to business needs.
• Develop draft reports summarizing key findings and translate data into clear, concise insights with supporting charts and tables.
• Own execution timelines for assigned research projects, proactively communicating risks or delays.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior researchers to refine research plans.

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in market research or analytics.
• Strong experience with survey programming platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Decipher).
• Experience drafting surveys and applying basic survey design principles.
• Proficiency in Excel (crosstabs, pivot tables, data cleaning).
• Experience with statistical tools such as SPSS, R, or similar.
• Experience working with large-scale survey datasets and creating research reports and data visualizations.
• Proven ability to manage timelines and communicate proactively.
• Ability to complete a skills-based assessment as part of the selection process.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing, market research, consumer insights, or a related field.
• Familiarity with quantitative methods (e.g., segmentation, regression, weighting).
• Background in advertiser, marketing, or technology research.
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities and experience using tools such as SPSS, R, or similar research/analytics platforms.
• A portfolio or relevant work samples.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
