About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for HR Business Partners and Talent Management. The successful candidate will lead the HR Business Partner function, with a focus on strategic talent and organizational leadership, M&A integration, and internal talent development. This role is pivotal in ensuring that HRBPs are true partners to frontline leaders, driving business outcomes, and are deeply embedded in the operational aspects of the business. The VP will also be responsible for overseeing the enterprise talent management processes, designing and executing a scalable learning and development strategy, and leading change management efforts to support growth and transformation initiatives. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 12-15 years of progressive HR experience. A strong background in leading HRBP teams, particularly in a fast-paced, operational environment, is essential. Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth, or services environment is strongly preferred. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in M&A integration, organizational scaling, and developing leaders within field-based or distributed workforces. Key competencies include deep expertise in the HR Business Partner model, a strong operational and commercial mindset, executive influence, and a data-driven, results-oriented approach to decision-making.
