Client-Facing Staffing Analyst at BairesDev What You’ll Do Partner closely with clients and stakeholder teams to define role requirements and staffing strategies. Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from candidate presentation to final placement. Prioritize and organize workloads efficiently to meet fluctuating hiring demands in a fast‑paced environment. Collaborate with internal operations and client services to identify potential growth opportunities within existing accounts. What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in IT Recruitment, Staffing, or a related field. Proven experience in client‑facing recruitment and managing stakeholder relationships. Strong workload prioritization, organizational skills, and self‑regulation. Demonstrated initiative and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Advanced proficiency in English.
