Good Pay. 3 Days of Work. 40 Hours on Your Paycheck.

That's not a typo. At PVS Metals, our weekend shift production workers work Friday through Sunday — 36 hours — and get paid for a full 40 . You'll keep steel moving through our facility while your entire week stays free from Monday through Thursday.

This is an entry-level opportunity with real growth potential — no experience required, just a strong work ethic and a willingness to show up and learn.

The Details

• Starting pay: $19.00–$20.00/hr depending on experience
• Hours: Friday–Sunday, 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Paid hours: 40 hrs/week — even though you only work 36
• Four weekdays off — Monday through Thursday are yours
• Immediate openings available

What You'll Do

As a Production Worker, you'll support the flow of steel through our facility — from raw sheets to finished parts. You'll work hands-on with machinery, prep materials, read job orders, and help ensure everything ships out right the first time. This role is active, fast-paced, and vital to keeping our customers satisfied.

Your day-to-day includes:

• Clearing tables from laser machines using hammers or mallets
• Grinding edges and cleaning parts as needed
• Reading and following order details and work instructions accurately
• Verifying part quality and completing related paperwork
• Counting and organizing parts for packaging or shipping
• Preparing materials in advance to maintain steady workflow
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

What We're Looking For

• Ability to read work orders and instructions in English
• Clear verbal communication in English
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic — this is the most important thing
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift
• Comfortable with physical tasks — bending, walking, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Good attention to detail and time management
• Willingness to learn and take initiative

No prior manufacturing experience required — we'll train the right person.
