Job Summary:

The Infrastructure Execution Transformation (ET) function is a strategic cross-business initiative delivering AI, Data, Robotics, Project Innovation and Information Manager capabilities at scale across Bechtel Infrastructure. As these capabilities scale across complex engineering and construction environments, driving enablement and guiding functional teams to leverage these tools effectively is critical to realising value from our ET investments.

The ET Enablement Manager coordinates with the Functional ET Leads, managing the ET Champions Network, and designing the training and change management programmes that embed innovation into everyday work. This role works closely with the Manager of ET and the three managers of AI, Robotics, and PIIM respectively. and cross-functional stakeholders to develop Enablement strategies that drive measurable engagement with tools and capabilities across the organisation.

This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership.

Major Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate Functional ET Leads across business units, providing dotted-line management and direction on ET functional plans, use cases, and priorities. 
• Develop, manage, and grow the ET Champions Network, including onboarding, engagement activities, and performance tracking. 
• Design and implement ET change management strategies to support the rollout of new tools and capabilities across the organization. 
• Develop and deliver training programmes tailored to functional teams, ensuring relevance to specific roles and workflows. 
• Track and report ET Enablement metrics, engagement levels, and value realization milestones across the AI programme. 
• Partner with functional SMEs to identify barriers to enablement and develop targeted communication and adoption solutions. 
• Support communications and awareness campaigns related to AI, Robotics, and Innovation milestones, use case management, new capability launches, and best-practice sharing. 
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to continuously improve Enablement programmes and training content. 
• Maintain a repository of learning materials, Enablement guides, and best practices for deployed AI solutions and other tools. 
• Collaborate with AI programme leadership to align Enablement strategies with overall programme objectives and governance frameworks. 
• Support on generating content to GBU leadership to update them on Execution Transformation progress, and coordinate with the functional ET leads to gather and collate relevant updates. 



 

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Organisational Change Management, Communications, or a related field. 
• 8 years or more of experience in change management, organisational development, learning & development, or technology Enablement roles. 
• Proven experience designing and delivering training programmes for enterprise technology deployments at scale. 
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model). 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and senior stakeholder engagement skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate across diverse functional and geographic teams. 
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority in a complex, matrixed organisation. 
• Experience with supervising small teams. 

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience supporting AI, data analytics, or digital transformation programs within an EPC or engineering and construction environment.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or other generative AI platforms.
• Change management or coaching certification (e.g., Prosci, ICF).
• Experience working in a global organization with geographically dispersed stakeholders.
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning content development platforms.
• Exposure to EPC industry project delivery structures and functional organization models.
