Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that respect their cultural and individual backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique circumstances of each patient.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth, effectively engaging clients and fostering a sense of trust and safety.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated, comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for patients during emergencies, evaluating risk and implementing appropriate protocols.

• Offer educational resources to patients and families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources to empower healthier living.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards, utilizing systems like Electronic Health Records (EHR) to track progress.

• Participate in ongoing training in cultural competency and best practices in mental health treatment to enhance your skills and contribute to team discussions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
