Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing counselors to engage with clients from the comfort of their own spaces. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, ensuring a focus on client well-being and therapeutic outcomes.

• Regularly assess and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs through collaborative review sessions with the clinical team.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
