Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated experience in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with other health professionals.

• Proficient in maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines, while ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and remote counseling applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
