Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a comprehensive approach to conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, gaining insights into clients' mental health challenges and crafting customized treatment plans that delineate actionable steps toward recovery.

• Provide individual therapy using a variety of evidence-based practices, ensuring that techniques are tailored specifically to the therapeutic goals and needs of each client.

• Foster collaborative relationships with clients, actively engaging them in the process of establishing and pursuing therapeutic objectives whilst monitoring their progress throughout each stage of treatment.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who are unable to attend in person, offering accessibility and convenience while maintaining a high standard of therapeutic care.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation to satisfy ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements, reflecting all client interactions, treatment progress, and modifications to care plans.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and peer consultations to sharpen clinical skills and remain current with innovative therapeutic methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on engaging with a diverse range of clients who face various mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues. By providing tailored interventions and empathetic support, you will play a vital role in guiding clients towards healing, resilience, and improved quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license is required as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Proven ability to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, establishing a rapport with clients that fosters trust and open dialogue.

• Showcase empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach in addressing clients' unique experiences and challenges.

• Possess excellent organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage caseloads and complete administrative duties without compromising quality of care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience utilizing evidence-based practices in therapy, particularly methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or motivational interviewing.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology to facilitate effective remote counseling sessions.
